Q1: How long could I return the product?
A1: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.(But you need to pay the shipping fee by yourselves)
Q2: What are the return conditions?
A2:If you apply for an unconditional return within 30 days of receiving the package, you need to ensure that the product and packaging are intact, the item is still in an unopened package, and the oil you pay for this return shipping costs on your own; in meeting the return conditions customers also need to provide receipts and proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@babybond-global.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q4:There is something missing/defective/not what I ordered, what should I do?
A4: We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please fill out and submit an online return request and follow directions as instructed. (Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please email us : service@babybond-global.com with the order and product pic for assistance.)
Q5:What's the method of exchanges product?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Q6:How could I check my refund process?
A6:We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
